- First I helped an early-stage consulting division of a national accounting firm achieve double digit growth while transforming their processes.
- Next I led strategy and operations for a 5,000-person division of a global firm that was losing business to more nimble competition, helping them reset and move faster.
- Then I was the inaugural COO of a national law firm that had outgrown its infrastructure, upgrading them across the board and bringing them record revenue and profitability while improving morale and culture.
- And before starting Maior, I built the growth division for a communications consulting firm, creating the business development/sales, marketing, and client experience departments, booking almost 20% in new revenue in diverse industries in the program's first year.
